My bubble hasn't burst. But I have turned into Jackie Blue. I walk to the hospital three times a week for physiotherapy and later this month or early next, Iam going on a special type of intensive therapy.Essentially, it's supposed to by the use of constraint therapy force me to just use my right hand, which has taken the brunt of this stroke. This experimental therapy was to help me regain the full use of my right arm.
That's important, because I used to be right-handed.
I'm hoping that as much as possible it works. But it's a brand new, not too tested theory. It's like a baby in that sense. The idea is good -- by forcing my right hand to do all the work, they're hoping I will over-compensate.
By over-compensating, they're hoping the brain cells -- the two that I have -- will readjust and I will return to some semblance of normal.
One day at a time.

Two brain cells -- I'm sure you have at least double that!!! It sounds like you can only go RIGHT (pun intended) with this therapy. Good luck. Work it baby, work it!!

I'm excited that you're doing so amazingly well! It's an miraculous achievement, you doing all that you've done with the progress you've made. I have faith that you'll find more progress with the new therapy. I believe in the idea.
