Here's just a goofy picture of me...how did that get in here?Many years ago, my brothers & I would call Their eldest sister "Porridge" for some reason -- and then she screwed it all up by getting married to Budley and faving Ben and Rachel.
So today, that is on Jan .28, on her birthday, I officially take back everything negative I ever said.

You know, I didn't know that porridge and oatmeal were the same thing until I was in junior high school. I was at a friend's place for breakfast one day, and he offered to get us some porridge. Until then, the only time I've heard of porridge was from Goldilocks and the 3 Bears story. I was excited to try out the porridge. And then I found out it was oatmeal. Kind of a let down, actually.
Oh, well. I like oatmeal, especially when it has fruit mixed in.
But anyways, Best wishes for a wonderful birthday for your sister. May she find the coming year full of good company, good laughs, and good times. Cheers!
